Wago announces 2016 dates of free I/O training program

Jan. 26, 2016 – Wago is offering a free three-day Automation Technology & IEC Programming Customer training program; 2016 dates include: March 8 – 10, May 3 – 5, August 2 – 4, September 13 -15 and October 25 – 27.

Held at the company’s Wisconsin headquarters, the program combines lectures and hands-on exercises to give attendees the opportunity to perform CODESYS-based programming exercises on live nodes featuring Wago’s 750-880 Ethernet 2.0 Controller with SD card. Classes will cover IEC 61131 programming topics including application-specific functions, custom libraries and  function block development utilizing Wago-I/O-PRO and the use of software diagnostic tools, such as I/O Check.

The company will provide all course materials and meals. Attendees are responsible for bringing an Ethernet-ready laptop, and all transportation and lodging costs. Seminars are limited to 12 attendees per session.
