Prior to joining ARC, Reynolds served as the strategic planning manager for Automation and IT at Irving Oil in Saint John, New Brunswick, which operates Canada's largest refinery, eight petroleum terminals, and more than 800 retail locations in Canada and the U.S. Previous positions at Irving included leading the Irving Oil Refining Growth team to develop the process control and automation strategy for a greenfield joint venture refinery with BP, and Saint John Refinery Automation Systems Leader.

In his new role as a senior consultant at ARC, Reynolds will research and consult with clients in such technology areas as advanced process control (APC), real-time optimization (RTO), dynamic simulation and supply chain management in the process industries.
