Idec’s newest six-mm interface relay — the RV8H model — is designed for space-saving applications requiring smaller machines and panels. The relays provide a compact solution for general purpose relay requirements and are ideal for PLC and electronic systems, industrial automation, panel builders, assembly machine applications and other applications that require a high switching capability in a compact space, the company says. RV8H relays can be used as universal interfaces between the controller and the actuator to switch between small and medium-sized loads. Operating temperatures range from -40 to 70 degrees C, and input voltage ranges from six to 240 V.
