Copley Controls' high rigidity ServoTube actuator with twin outrigger bearings is designed for applications subject to high side loading. A ball-bushing option with steel bearing rails provides maximum side-loading support. Optional polymer bushings, with aluminum rails for reduced weight, are available for use with vertical loads.
The actuator is used with DeviceNet-compatible Xenus controllers for integration into PLC-based automation. Tasks include placing, filling, transferring, gluing and shearing actions, to meet the needs of packaging, assembly, materials handling and similar systems.
