Jul. 28, 2015 – The SAIBO SB-LGB linear roller block and rail systems from LM76 are available in three sizes to meet load requirements up to 1200 N. (270 lbs).
According to the company, the narrow profile linear motion systems offer low noise, smooth travel, high speed to 10 m/s (120 ft/s), high acceleration to 50 m/s (150 ft/s), low weight, high linear accuracy, and sealed radial low friction bearings. The systems feature an adjustable preload system to control the required level of precision needed for most applications, says the company, adding that the roller block has six drilled and tapped holes for mounting tooling, cameras and test equipment. It is suitable for robotic, assembly, pick-and-place, sorting, packaging, manufacturing, sampling, laser cutting, wafer handling, and other precision applications.
