Mitsubishi F800 series VFD

Sept. 22, 2015 – Mitsubishi Electric Automation has released the F800 series variable frequency drive (VFD) for “precise motor speed control with maximum energy-savings,” adding that it is specifically designed to improve efficiency of air movement through HVAC systems.

The F800 controls and supports various motor types, including AC induction and permanent magnet motors, which the company says eliminates the need to implement multiple VFDs for different motor control needs. An optional LCD display provides time-stamped logging and real-time clock scheduling functions, and captures and displays energy usage. The F800 comes in traditional chassis style, large system/component style and is also available as a true turnkey bypass control solution. It is available in 200V and 400V classes.
