Tolomatic's MXE Series screw drive actuator, available through Electromate, is designed to outlast other rodless electric actuators. The profiled rail design uses THK Caged Ball technology to reduce friction and extend actuator life. The solid bearing design reduces stress concentration by 59 per cent for optimum performance. Strong stainless steel bands are designed not to expand like elastomer (non-metallic) bands, providing reliable sealing over the life of the actuator. The actuator is available in both a solid bearing version and a profiled rail version.
