Wago Modbus configurator for PLC setup

Aug. 11, 2015 – Wago says its Modbus configurator tool for Wago-I/O-Pro programming and visualization software automatically sets up Master Slave connections between the 750 series Modbus based I/O and PLCs as well as with third party devices.

According to the company, the configurator scans remote I/O and generates data points in the master application; configures cross communications between PLCs; and auto generates communication code for networked devices. The tool is available as an update and is also included in Wago-I/O-Pro version 2.3.9.44 and higher.
