Surge protection from Phoenix Contact PLUGTRAB SEC

Nov. 30, 2016 – Phoenix Contact says its PLUGTRAB SEC (safe energy control) type 3 surge protection replaces the previous versions of PLUGTRAB PT 2/PE.

It can be used without separate backup fuse thanks to integrated overcurrent protection and can be used with end devices operated with both alternating current and direct current, says Phoenix, adding that pluggable modules come with an integrated status LED and floating remote monitoring contact. “RED” LED status is also available.
