EMC offers THRC-Harvard program for future managers

The Excellence in Manufacturing Consortium (EMC), in partnership with the Textiles Human Resources Council, now offers the THRC-Harvard Supervisory Certificate Program, which focuses on unlocking management potential.

The course relies on a blend of online technologies and face-to-face meetings to encourage the development of critical thinking, leadership and management skills. Companies should register potential candidates for future management roles who need to develop critical supervisory skills.

The program will run for 12 weeks starting the week of September 19 and finishing the week of December 5, 2011 – 100 hours over three months (eight to nine hours a week). The cost is $1,995 per participant, plus applicable taxes.
