EIC launches new website

EIC, a manufacturer of thermoelectric air conditioners and standard and custom sizes of electronic enclosures, recently went live with its new website (www.eicsolutions.com), allowing easier navigation and access to product information.

The new site’s features include updated photos with specifications, a more comprehensive list of products, an improved layout and a new search tool on every page that allows for easy internal navigation and more.

“We are always striving to maintain our high level of customer service,” said EIC Solutions Sales Manager Bruce Blackway. “The new website provides engineers and designers an easy-to-use tool for finding the products they need in an efficient manner.”

Some of the features potential customers will find helpful are the product and optional equipment pages. Every EIC Solutions product is accompanied by images and detailed features, which can be found under the Product Index page. Optional equipment is listed by popularity, saving visitors valuable time when searching for accessories.

The website is also an educational tool for individuals who need cooling systems but don’t understand the valuable benefits of thermoelectric air conditioners or even how they work.

“We have been in business for 38 years and have concentrated our efforts in the unique field of thermoelectric air conditioners since 1989. Yet, many people still don’t know what a thermoelectric air conditioner is.” Mr. Blackway said. “We now have a page (How Does It Work) that explains the Peltier Effect, which is the scientific principle at work behind the device. Basically we want the site to be as convenient as possible for people to learn about thermoelectric air conditioners and find the products they need.”
