Syspro Quantum Architecture is a business process modelling tool built into Syspro’s ERP solution. The company has automated the discovery process with a simple question and answer format designed to capture not only what the business does today, but to also suggest best practices where appropriate. The process produces a report that gives the company a comprehensive view of the organization’s uniquely modelled processes. Quantum Architecture targets the following six business matters: ERP implementation; Communications and reporting; Workflow processes; Security issues (e.g., role-based authorizations); Regulatory and financial changes; and Mobile and cloud requirements.
