The state of manufacturing in Canada 2012

The manufacturing industry has had its ups and downs over the past year. It’s no secret that we are still recovering, slowly but surely. But it’s also no secret that issues remain. What is needed to combat these issues? And what role should government play in helping to improve the situation? These were among the topics discussed when our editorial advisory board members got together in April for the sixth annual roundtable meeting, which is the cover story for our June 2012 issue.
