Unitronics has introduced a new addition to its Jazz 2 Series controllers – the MJ20-ET1 Ethernet communication port. Supported by all Unitronics Jazz 2 controllers, the new Ethernet port allows users to connect over TCP/IP as Client/Server, and communicate using MODBUS Master/Slave over TCP/IP with other Jazz PLCs, Unitronics Vision PLCs and other third-party devices. The Unitronics Jazz 2 models feature 48K (virtual) Ladder Logic memory, are 30 times faster than their Jazz series counterparts, and contain a new, built-in mini USB programming port.
