Phoenix Contact push-in terminal blocks for sensors (PTIO) are designed to save time, space and to improve wiring. PTIO combines the product advantages of the push-in technology with dedicated features for wiring sensors. The result is a thin sensor terminal block with a width of 3.5 mm (26-14 AWG wire). In addition to the extremely thin form, the ability to distribute power has been incorporated. The distribution of the potential in the PTIO 1,5/S series is done by fixed plug-in colour bridges from the power terminal to the adjacent sensor terminal block. PTIO is based on push-in technology, allowing wiring by simply pushing the wire in the terminal blocks without any tool.
