Weidmuller stripax ULtimate features self-adjusting blade

Dec. 10, 2014 – Weidmuller says its stripax ULtimate wire stripper is a high-precision tool designed to strip wires that have tough, halogen-free insulation.
Promising to simplify and reduce wire preparation time, stripax ULtimate features a self-adjusting blade that automatically adapts to the wire size. An additional adjustment can be made, by turning a screw beneath the strip blades, for large gauge or wire with very hard insulation. It also features a three-stage partial stripping function to retain a portion of stripped insulation on the tip of the conductors, which the company says helps prevent the wire strands from fanning out, simplifying the process of ferrule placement.
