Wago Corporation’s 750-880 Ethernet 2.0 Programmable Fieldbus Controller packs one MB of data memory and an SD port for up to eight GB of extra memory. Accessible via FTP, the card is also an additional drive or data backup. The controller is designed to increase intelligence and high-frequency processing for industrial Ethernet applications, the company says. It employs new function libraries and an upgraded, two-MB Fast File System with integrated web server for configuration options, status information and web pages. The multi-tasking 750-880 relies on a robust, industry-approved TCP/IP stack and IEC61131-3 compatible environment.
