Dec. 23, 2014 – The B&K Precision 9200 multi-range programmable DC power supply line includes four 200W to 600W models that promise to deliver power in any combination of the rated voltage and current up to the maximum output power of the supply.
With voltage and current ranges up to 150V and 25A, the devices are suitable for electronics manufacturing, R&D, service and repair, and education. According to B&K, the multi-range design helps save both bench space and cost by eliminating the need for having multiple power supplies on the bench or buying more power than necessary. On the front panel, the unit features a 1 mV/0.1 mA display, output On/Off control, and a user interface with numerical keypad, cursor keys and rotary control knob to adjust voltage and current settings. Other features include a built-in digital voltmeter (DVM), output timer function, and overvoltage (OVP), overpower (OPP), and overtemperature (OTP) protection modes.
