Jan. 19, 2015 – Hawk Technology Inc.’s wholly owned subsidiary, ALM Positioners Inc., has acquired the assets of ALM Materials Handling LLC.

We see tremendous synergies by putting our two companies together. We look forward to the continued growth of the two businesses.”
Hawk is a designer and manufacturer of tooling, fixtures, robotics integration solutions, vision inspection systems, and other customized automated solutions that are utilized in a variety of manufacturing settings.
ALM Positioners, in conjunction with Hawk Technology, will manufacture a branded line of welding and assembly positioners for blue chip manufacturers and distributors. The company’s positioners are used by customers to elevate and rotate large weldments to a convenient height and working position insuring improved quality, productivity and profits.
