AutomationDirect adds Ethernet PLCs to Click line

Dec. 11, 2015 – AutomationDirect has added Ethernet basic and standard PLCs to the Click line.
According to AutomationDirect, the new PLCs are three to 10 times faster than the existing Click PLCs and are 100 per cent upward compatible with the existing Click units. With eight input points and six output points built in, the Ethernet PLC units are available with 24 VDC or 120 VAC inputs and DC or relay outputs and can be used as a complete PLC system. Ethernet Basic PLC units and Ethernet Standard PLC units feature one built-in 10/100 Mbps Ethernet communications port for both programming and Modbus TCP networking, plus one standard RS-232 serial communications port; Ethernet Standard PLC units add an RS-485 port.
