Mar. 3, 2016 – Bilton Welding and Manufacturing has recently opened a new location in Vancouver, B.C., which will operate as Bilton B.C.

According to the company, the move will help Bilton better serve its customers and diversify its portfolio, adding that “this strategic initiative will open up additional revenue streams in Canadian markets such as mining and forestry, and will provide improved access to export markets.”

“This expansion achieves three things for us. First, it will help us to better serve our existing and potential clients on the lower mainland. Secondly, it will prepare us to maximize future LNG development opportunities in Western Canada. And finally, it will diversify our product offerings and support our expansion into different industries,” says Jason Greene, vice-president sales and marketing.

Bilton Welding and Manufacturing designs, engineers and manufactures custom energy equipment for the oil and gas market. In 2013, the company was recognized as one of Canada’s Fastest Growing Companies and was awarded Business of the Year in Central Alberta. It currently operates seven manufacturing facilities in Innisfail, Alta., and offices in Calgary, Alta., and Vancouver.
