TMI Climate opens Canadian subsidiary

Apr. 21, 2016 – TMI Climate Solutions, a manufacturer of air-handling, hydronic systems, and custom HVAC solutions, is welcoming a new subsidiary, TMI Climate Solutions Canada, and a new 200,000-sq.-ft. manufacturing plant in Pointe-Claire, Que.

The new subsidiary and plant, which became fully operational in early 2016, “significantly augments” the design and production capacity of the U.S. plant in Holly, Mich., which was recently expanded to 157,000 sq. ft. of manufacturing space.

According to TMI, both plants will offer customers “greater access to custom engineering expertise, faster order processing, and unparalleled delivery times” for its HVAC solutions.

“Now with two manufacturing plants, staffed by our top engineers, TMI Climate Solutions is capable of delivering air-handling, hydronic systems, and HVAC solutions that are second to none,” said CEO Jim Huff. “Our customers are already seeing an immediate improvement in our design capability and delivery times, and that will only improve.”
