ImageClip Project Version 5, the new project programming tool from Phoenix Contact, makes compiling and planning automation components projects quick and easy, according to the company. Clearly arranged according to product groups such as the Inline automation system or the Fieldline installation system, the user can quickly select and combine individual modules from an easy-to-read list of available components. The technical data required for planning the installation or machine are displayed for every individual product. Furthermore, you can call up an electronic data sheet containing a detailed description of the selected module. Once an Inline I/O station has been compiled from different modules, the plausibility check tests the design of the entire Inline station. And the user is supported by informative messages about necessary changes to the station. After the planning comes the installation documentation: parts lists, diagrams of the implemented components, dimensions and labeling can all be imported using drag & drop or via the export feature in MS Excel MS Word applications. The label data listed as part of the planning can be printed using CMS-MARK-WIN labeling software from Phoenix Contact.
