ATS celebrates 30 years of service

Oct. 21, 2016 – Independent solution provider ATS Global is celebrating its 30th anniversary this year. In three decades, the Netherlands-based company has grown from a start-up venture with five members to a global corporation with more than 425 employees and 23 offices worldwide.

In the last five years, the company has opened offices in Ireland, Indonesia and Macedonia, and in the past decade, the business has doubled every five years, a “testament to customer satisfaction,” said ATS in a statement.

As of October 1, 2016, Teconomy B.V. in Badhoevedorp, the Netherlands, has merged with ATS. The Directors and founders of Teconomy, Marco van Oldeniel and Wobbe Storms, will continue to drive the business forward expanding Teconomy’s application management and virtualization services throughout ATS’s global network.

“ATS wants to improve its product offering, services and capabilities across all aspects of Industry 4.0 and Teconomy fulfils an important need for rapid software change managements,” said Paul Bron, CEO at ATS. “We will continue to search for suitable companies to broaden our product offering and our global reach even further.”
