Manufacturers Automation receives Moxa’s Technical Support Certification

Sept. 30, 2016 – Manufacturers Automation says it is the only distributor in Canada that has passed all of the “rigorous” exams from Moxa’s Technical Support Certification (MTSC). 

“We are number-one in Canada when it comes to knowledge and customer service,” said the firm in a statement. “Our motto is: ‘How can we help you?’”

In order to obtain this certification, Manufacturers Automation’s engineers were required to attend regular training sessions led by Moxa’s technical support experts and each engineer had to pass a battery of tests.

Located in Southern Ontario, Manufacturers Automation supplies the Canadian marketplace with industrial automation products.
