Denso Robotics releases new product catalogue – November 2016

Nov. 15, 2016 – Denso Robotics has announced a new product catalogue featuring the company’s lineup of small assembly robots, with reaches from 350 to 1,300 mm, payload capacities up to 20 kg and repeatability to within ±0.015 mm.

The new catalogue features the company’s range of compact four-axis SCARA and five- and six-axis articulated robots for payloads up to 20 kg. The high-speed robots are used in traditional manufacturing sectors, as well as in advanced-technology applications in the medical, pharmaceutical and life sciences industries. Available configurations include standard (IP40), dust- and mistproof (IP65), dust- and splashproof (IP67), cleanroom (ISO 3, 4 and 5) and aseptic (resistant to hydrogen peroxide and UV light). UL-listed models are available for Canada and the U.S., along with ANSI and CE compliance for global deployment. The 52-page publication, which is available as an interactive online version or download at www.densorobotics.com/catalog, offers detailed descriptions, specifications and technical drawings of the four-axis SCARA and five- and six-axis articulated robots, including its latest VS-Series pharmaceutical cleanroom model. It also highlights robot controllers, which feature a cooperative robot motion function boasting precise motion coordination of a master robot and up to three slave robots.
