Grieve introduces 906 vertical conveyor oven

Nov. 17, 2016 – Grieve says its 906 electrically-heated vertical conveyor oven offers a maximum operating temperature of 250 F and overall workspace dimensions of 36 in. x 38 in. x 92 in.

20 kW total are installed in Incoloy sheathed tubular heating elements, while a 4,200 CFM, 3-HP recirculating blower provides vertical upward airflow to the load. Meanwhile, 11 trays, each 30 in. x 14 in., ride vertically on a chain drive, individually indexed to the load/unload position. The oven features an aluminized steel exterior and interior, top-mounted heat chamber, 4-in. thick insulated walls, two independent doors for access to the workspace and heat chamber, loading table, safety light curtain at the load/unload position, and a viewing window.
