Mornsun 120mA DC/DC converter QAxx1 series

Jan. 14, 2017 – The Mornsun Power QAxx1 series of DC/DC converters are specialized for the IGBT driver.

According to the company, the series integrates driving IC’s features and provide +15/-8.0VDC asymmetrical output voltage which promise to reduce driving consumption. With an output current of up to 120mA, the series claims to  meet a wider power requirement of IGBT. Additional features include: efficiency of up to 81 per cent; “ultra miniature” SIP package; no-load operation allowed; maximum capacitive load of 1000uF; isolation voltage of 3000VAC; and an operating temperature range of -40 C to 105 C.
