Lutze now offers large diameter EMC fittings

Jul. 5, 2017 – Lutze has expanded its industrial cable fitting offering to include large diameter Electro Magnetic Compatibility (EMC) fittings for large diameter cables up to 500MCM (75mm OD).
These NPT and metric thread fittings promise to provide effective strain relief and 360 degree shield termination. According to the company, they use the same clamp style shield termination method as the smaller EMC fittings “for best contact with the shield.” Lutze says they are designed to make terminating large drive cables quick and easy, and are a “perfect complement” to Lutze Driveflex VFD cables. The new fittings boast wide sealing and clamping ranges as well as a temperature range of -40 to 80 degree C for various industrial applications.
