Jun. 28, 2018 – Robotiq has launched Hand-E, an electric gripper designed to simplify collaborative robot applications in industrial environments. Described by Robotiq as delivering high accuracy combined to a 50-mm parallel stroke, Hand-E is best suited for precision assembly tasks.
Along with the 2F-85 and 2F-140, Hand-E completes Robotiq’s product line of adaptive grippers. They all operate with the same intuitive programming software, which gives full control over the gripper’s position, force and speed, Robotiq explains. Hand-E also unlocks many industrial applications by integrating with the Robotiq Wrist Camera and FT 300 Force Torque Sensor.
