AW-Lake and KEM introduce TCD 9000 flow transmitters

July 26, 2018 – AW-Lake Company and KEM Küppers Elektromechanik GmbH (KEM) have expanded their TRICOR line of Coriolis mass flow metres to include both standard and advanced flow metres and a new TCD 9000 series of flow transmitters. 

The TCM CLASSIC Series meets general industry requirements and includes TCE 8000 transmitters with an easy-to-use interface, standard calibration and optional custom-calibrated metres with high-performance specifications. 

The TCMP PRO Series offers environmentally hardened units with advanced performance specifications and diagnostic capabilities for operation in challenging environments, including liquid fluid conditions. The series includes all-new TCD 9000 transmitters with a large graphical display, SD card connectivity, digital signal processing and advanced diagnostics, as well as strong logging and traceability functions.

The TCD 9000 series also provides higher flow and density accuracy, improved zero stability, higher immunity against process noise, gas void fraction improvement, application adaptive filtering, greater temperature stability, and sensor checking and troubleshooting wizards.

Units are available with direct or remote mounts and Profibus PA, Profibus DP, Modbus, or HART communication protocols. The transmitter is also available with Modbus-only communication without display.
