October 9, 2018 – Zund America, a subsidiary of Zünd, is building a new North American headquarters in Wisconsin.

The space, at Drexel Town Square in Oak Creek, Wisconsin, will include offices as well as spaces for product display, customer and employee training, and warehousing for product and miscellaneous materials that support the installation and servicing of Zünd equipment.

Since 2004, when it was first established, Zund America’s Franklin, Wisconsin office has grown from five employees and 10,000 square feet to nearly 80 employees and over 25,000 square feet of demonstration, service, office and warehouse space. Zund America will relocate to Oak Creek from the current Franklin location.

From these offices, Zünd supports customers all over the U.S. and Canada, in graphics, packaging, leather, textiles/composites, manufacturing and other industries.

Zund America is the U.S. sister company of Zünd Systemtechnik, the family-owned manufacturer of multifunctional digital cutting systems. Zünd has been designing, manufacturing and marketing modular digital cutting systems since 1984.

At the recent groundbreaking ceremony for the new office, Oliver Zünd, Zünd Systemtechnik AG’s CEO and president of Zund America, said, “With the completion of our new headquarters, we are very excited to further contribute to the Oak Creek community by not only attracting many visitors from all over the U.S. and Canada, but by also supporting local programs such as the Oak Creek High School robotics team and being great corporate neighbors to the Drexel Town Square Development.”

The project is set to be completed in September of 2019.
