Zund America adds Andy Arkin to strategic account team

January 29, 2019 – Zund America has appointed Andy Arkin, as its strategic account and industrial market segment manager.

Zund America is the U.S. sister company of Zünd Systemtechnik, the family-owned manufacturer of multifunctional digital cutting systems.

Born and raised in the Milwaukee area, Arkin moved to Georgia in 2015. He spent a total of 23 years on the production side of printing, starting in prepress for conventional offset, flexographic and screen printing, and then transitioning to digital UV, solvent and dye-sublimation. For more than half of that time, Andy was involved in production management for prepress, digital print and finishing, cutting and fabrication.

In 2012, he made a career shift into technical sales of digital textile printers working for NextWave and EFI Reggiani. In October of 2018, Arkin took on his new role at Zund America. For 2019 and beyond, Arkin says he looks forward to continuing Zünd’s rapid expansion in the industrial leather, textile/tech textile and composites markets.
