Ficodis to acquire Reliable Bearing in Ontario

March 7, 2019 – Ficodis Group, a Quebec-based industrial supply distribution group, will acquire Reliable Bearing, a company specializing in power transmission products.

This is the 14th acquisition for Ficodis Group, which positions the company to continue partnering with major industrial supply distributors in Quebec and Ontario.

Its 25 employees come with cutting-edge expertise that will allow us to work toward increased growth in our activities in the years to come.”

Reliable Bearing is a 100 per cent Canadian-owned company founded 35 years ago in Mississauga, Ontario. President Carl Faria will remain in his position to oversee the transition.

Combined with the acquisition of Transbearco last September, Ficodis Group is continuing to expand its power transmission network, with points of sale in Lévis, Quebec and in Montreal, Ottawa and Toronto.
