Cideon Software, Seal Systems forge partnership

Aug. 1, 2017 – Software companies Cideon Software GmbH & Co. KG and Seal Systems AG, providers of conversion and output management solutions for SAP, have entered into a partnership in hopes of optimizing and enhancing their data conversion as well as information and document-provision product portfolios.
“The product focus and core business of the two companies, both considered international solution partners for corporate IT and specialist technical and commercial areas, are in separate but related businesses. In the context of this new partnership, competencies in conversion and output management solutions for SAP will be integrated, optimized and enhanced so that both collaborating partners will be able to offer comparable products respectively,” according to a joint statement from the companies.
“Our customers have a big potential for efficiency in the area of conversion and the issue of SAP managed documents. We can recognize and increase the potential more accurately with this newly combined know-how,” said Reno Staschinski, Cideon Software GmbH & Co. KG managing director.
“With this partnership, we are taking the opportunity to focus our resources on the development of our products. Thus, we can guarantee long-term, sustainable solutions for document-based processes in SAP context,” said Johannes Hesel, CEO of Seal Systems.
The parties say all existing solutions will not be affected by the partnership.
