Electromate named on 2021 list of Best Workplaces in Ontario

Electromate has announced that it is on the 2021 list of Best Workplaces in Ontario. The company received this honour after Great Place to Work conducted a thorough and independent analysis.

Great Place to Work sought direct feedback from employees of hundreds of organizations through a survey, to create its list of awardees. According to a statement released by Electromate, this data has a 90 percent confidence and a plus or minus five percent margin of error.

To be eligible to be considered for the Best Workplaces list, organizations need to be Great Place to Work-certified in the past year and be headquartered in Ontario. Great Place to Work selected winners on the basis of the overall Trust Index score from all the employers that qualified.
