Jeep Renegade celebrates first year of production in Brazil

May 2, 2016 – FCA Latin America recently celebrated the first year of Jeep Renegade production at the Goiana plant in Pernambuco, Brazil. In year one of production, more than 60,000 Jeep Renegade vehicles have been sold in the country, and the Jeep brand is now one of the top 10 automotive brands in the market, says the automaker.
The Jeep vehicle lineup consists of the Cherokee, Compass, Grand Cherokee, Patriot, Renegade, Wrangler and Wrangler Unlimited. To meet consumer demand around the world, all Jeep models sold outside North America are available in both left and right-hand drive configurations and with gasoline and diesel powertrain options.
