FedDev Ontario commits $2.4M to help auto parts maker add production space

Dec. 13, 2016 – A federal investment of up to $2.4 million will help an Ontario-based auto parts manufacturer add more than 24,000 square feet of production space at its Oldcastle, Ont., facility.

This repayable contribution, under the Federal Economic Development Agency for Southern Ontario (FedDev Ontario) Investing in Business Growth and Productivity initiative, will help Integrity Tool & Mold obtain additional space, tools and resources to “produce advanced tooling for lighting components and to address the need for increasing innovative design in automotive exteriors and interior parts.”

The project, with a total project cost of $22.78 million, is expected to create up to 52 full-time manufacturing jobs in the area.

“Integrity Tool & Mold has built a strong global customer base, and with the support of the Government of Canada, we are proud to be able to add resources to increase production and add more jobs to the Windsor area,” said Paul DiGiovanni, CEO of Integrity Tool & Mold.

Established and incorporated in 2000, Integrity Tool & Mold is a full-service mold manufacturer that primarily serves automotive suppliers. It operates out of three facilities, totalling 257,000 square feet, with its global headquarters based in Oldcastle.
