New roles at CenterLine for Steve Renaud, Jim Komar

Nov. 25, 2014 – CenterLine Ltd., a Windsor, Ont.-based company specializing in advanced automation processes and technologies, has named Steve Renaud (photo 1) vice-president of operations. Boasting nearly 22 years of service at the company, he was most recently general manager of the machinery division.

“He has extensive engineering and manufacturing experience,” described the company, adding that he is a member of CenterLine’s senior management team responsible for strategic planning.

In his new role, Renaud will leading all of CenterLine (Windsor)’s design and manufacturing activities to “ensure that these operations continue their growth and development and maintain operational excellence.”

He is succeeded by Jim Komar (photo 2), who brings 30 years of automotive industry experience to this position. Komar has been with CenterLine for the last three years as the division’s plant manager.

Prior to joining the company, he held various senior management positions with Magna, Johnson Controls and Thyssenkrupp Fabco, with responsibilities including purchasing, production, plant and general manager positions.
