Bosch Rexroth shakes up Americas management

May 4, 2015 – Effective July 1, 2015, Paul Cooke (left in photo) has been appointed regional president Americas and president & CEO of Bosch Rexroth U.S. He will continue as senior vice-president sales within the business unit industrial applications at office headquarters in Lohr, Germany, until the end of June.

Cooke joined the company in 1982 and has served in positions of senior leadership in the United Kingdom and Germany, most recently as senior vice-president sales and industry sector management for machinery and engineering. He offers more than 30 years of experience in both industrial technology and general management.

Berend Bracht (right in photo), who currently holds the position is resigning for personal reasons, said Dr. Karl Tragl, chair of the executive board, adding that, “we thank Mr. Bracht for his high level of commitment in the many years of service to Bosch Rexroth. We wish him all the best for the future.”
