EHC appoints Steve Sabadin production manager for Canada

Mar. 31, 2016 – EHC Global, a manufacturer of escalator and elevator components, has promoted Steve Sabadin to the position of production manager for Canadian manufacturing operations. Based in Oshawa, Ont., Sabadin will report to Duane Cook, head of Global QHSE and operations manager, Americas & Europe.

“Over the past nine years, Steve has taken on an increasingly integral role in the research and development of new products and industry solutions,” said Jeno Eppel, president of EHC. “His technical knowledge, passion for innovation and commitment to quality are exemplary and ideally suited to his new role and in support of the company’s goals and objectives.”

Sabadin joined EHC in 2007 and most recently held the position of Research Technologist. He is a Certified Technician (C.Tech) and member of the Ontario Association of Certified Engineering Technicians and Technologists. He holds an electronics engineering technician diploma from George Brown College and a technology management diploma from the University of New Brunswick. He earned his Lean Six Sigma Green Belt through the Leading Edge Group at University of Ontario Institute of Technology.
