Unex aims to better serve customers with realigned sales territories

Jun. 7, 2016 – Unex Manufacturing says it has realigned some of its sales territories in an effort to better serve the needs of customers in those areas “with a greater level of service and more extensive product support.”

“Our UNEX professionals partner with clients to maximize space utilization, increase pick rates and improve productivity with our innovative order picking and carton flow solutions,” said Dave Scelfo, marketing manager. “As a leader in innovative order picking and carton flow solutions, we are also known for our outstanding customer service. With growing sales across North America, Mexico, Canada and International, this new alignment will continue to add value to our clients’ operations.”

The changes that affect Canada include:

• Jay Cox, catalogue/Canadian sales manager, will no longer be servicing Canada, but taking over all business in Northeast U.S. He has been with the company for three years, “maximizing the Unex product value with customers to increase efficiencies and improve operations,” says the company in a statement.

• Tom Wagner, Central West sales manager, will take over all business in Canada. He has been in the material handling industry for 20 years in key management positions, “helping clients increase productivity and smooth order picking operations,” adds Unex.
