KSB Pumps names Claude Goulet installed base and aftermarket sales manager

KSB president Mike Blundell (left) welcomes Claude Goulet as new Installed Base and Aftermarket Sales Manager to the Canadian management team. Oct. 31, 2016 – Claude Goulet has joined KSB Pumps as the new sales manager for installed base and aftermarket sales.
The 30-year veteran of pump and seals sales will be based in Ottawa, Ont., and will also be responsible for aftermarket sales in Quebec. He will be supported by Majid Hadavi, vice-president of engineering and service, and Mike Kruis, shop supervisor in Mississauga, Ont., said the company.
“We have been very successful at providing our customers technical services to both KSB Pumps and other manufacturers,” said Mike Blundell, president and CEO of KSB Pumps. “We are pleased to have Claude join our team and are looking forward to having him grow this important part of our business.”
“KSB has tremendous capabilities in pump services,” said Goulet. “I’m looking forward to working with pump owners to help them get the best out or their equipment, whether this means fine-tuning an existing setup, performing an emergency repair or rebuilding long-service workhorses.”
Based in Mississauga, KSB Pumps is a member of the KSB Group, a global manufacturer of pumps, valves and systems. KSB Pumps has service facilities in Mississauga and Edmonton that are “capable of handling virtually every aspect of pump maintenance, repair and refurbishment,” describes the company, adding that its service team also offers maintenance and repair services at customers’ site.
