Nov. 11, 2016 – Global Shop Solutions, a developer of enterprise resource planning (ERP) software, has promoted Nick Knight to new senior director of customer services. In his new role, Knight will oversee the consulting group, custom group, account representatives, and four international offices totalling nearly 70 employees.

A Global Shop Solutions employee for more than a decade, Knight previously served as a member of the service team, consulting project manager and most recently as director of consulting.

“Our success as an ERP software firm is based on listening to our customers and responding to their needs,” said Dusty Alexander. “Nick’s combination of experience, technical knowledge, and ability to communicate with our customers to resolve their manufacturing problems makes him uniquely qualified to lead our Customer Services group. Putting these four groups under his direction will enable greater teamwork and take our existing customers to a new level of success.”
