Feb. 22, 2017 – LMI Technologies, a B.C.-based developer of smart 3D inspection and scanning solutions for material optimization and factory automation, has promoted Len Chamberlain to VP sales.

Chamberlain has worked for the company over the last three years, starting out as the business development manager for the HDI product line, moving quickly into the director of sales role. Over his two years as director, his “proven track record for developing and executing a strategic vision has resulted in the growth of a highly successful global sales group,” says the company.

“Len is a rare breed — an articulate 3D sales professional who can quickly grasp complex technology and its implications for developing new market opportunities,” said Terry Arden, CEO. “His talent to connect with people, develop trusted sales channels, and cultivate long term customer partnerships are the many reasons Len has moved into this senior role at LMI.”

Last fall, LMI announced it will move its corporate headquarters to a larger high-tech facility at 9200 Glenlyon Parkway in Burnaby, B.C. The move is an upgrade from LMI’s previous 20,647-square-foot location on Delta’s Annacis Island, to a new 62,400-square-foot office will nearly double the manufacturing space in order to meet rising demand for sensor production.
