ATS names election of directors

Aug. 22, 2017 – ATS Automation Tooling Systems Inc. has announced that all of the nominee directors listed in the management information circular dated June 26 were elected as directors of ATS.

The vote was conducted by show of hands at the annual meeting of shareholders, which took place on August 17, 2017 in Toronto. The voting results based on proxies received are set out below.

The total percentage of ATS common shares represented at the meeting was 89.72 per cent.
