ATS board welcomes Kirsten Lange

Oct. 23, 2017 – ATS Automation Tooling Systems has expanded its board of directors to eight directors, appointing Kirsten Lange as its new director.
Lange has 27 years of business experience in top management and in consulting across many of the geographies ATS serves. Most recently, she served as a member of the management board of Voith Hydro, where she was responsible for growing the automation and service divisions, and developing new digital business models.
Her appointment, according to the company, reflects the objective of the board of directors to ensure that the board and its committees are comprised of persons having the knowledge, experience, skills, expertise, and diversity of perspective necessary for effective governance.
Founded in 1978, ATS is an automation solutions provider and employs approximately 3,500 people at 23 manufacturing facilities and over 50 offices in North America, Europe, Southeast Asia and China.
