Tsubaki completes integration of KabelSchlepp division

KabelSchlepp America, of Milwaukee, Wisc., is officially a new division of U.S. Tsubaki Power Transmission, LLC (formerly known as U.S. Tsubaki Inc.). The acquisition is a significant step forward for U.S. Tsubaki, adding value and broadening the range of industrial products available to new and existing customers.

KabelSchlepp manufactures cable and hose carrier systems designed to protect and guide moving wires, cables and hoses in a wide variety of applications, including machine tools, packaging machinery, automotive, offshore and a host of other industries. The company’s ISO 9001:2008-certified Milwaukee manufacturing, warehousing and sales support facility will continue to operate as a division of U.S. Tsubaki, providing expanded manufacturing capabilities and customer support for the cable and hose carrier product line.

U.S. Tsubaki manufactures drive chains, attachment chains, engineering class chains, sprockets, power transmission components, and cable and hose carrier products. The company is a subsidiary of Tsubakimoto Chain Co. of Japan.
