May 4, 2015 – Schleuniger, a manufacturer of high-precision wire processing machines, hosted an open house on April 24 to celebrate its new Canadian branch office location. Cirris Systems, Gem Gravure and Panduit also exhibited at the event and provided live product demonstrations for wire processing, cable testing, marking and coding, and end-to-end wire management solutions.

Guests enjoyed a continental breakfast, a catered lunch and pianist Mario Commisso set the mood for happy hour with his elegant piano styling. Several raffles were held throughout the day — congratulations to Anixter’s Joe Doris for winning a golf day with Harry Coates, Schleuniger Canadian sales manager, and Simcona’s Carl Candler for winning the Golf Town gift card grand prize.

Originally established in 1991, Schleuniger’s Canadian branch office moved to a new facility located at 1195 North Service Road West, Unit B5 in Oakville, Ont., late last year, which it says will help serve its Canadian and northern New York customers and support the growth of the company. The new office will offer the “same great sales and technical support” as well as customer service.
