Averna acquires U.S.-based Nexjen Systems

Jul. 4, 2016 – Averna, a developer of test solutions and services for electronics device-makers, has acquired 100 per cent of U.S.-based Nexjen Systems, a full-service integrator, for an undisclosed amount. According to the parties, the deal strengthens Averna’s presence in Eastern U.S. as part of a global growth strategy.

Established in 2005, Nexjen Systems is a division of Jenkins Electric Company created to service Jenkins Test & Measurement customers in the southeast region.
